三、雙聯博士學位申請資格及條件:國立中正大學工學院機械工程研究所與泰國農業大學機械工程研究所
本雙聯博士學位學程名稱為「中正機械所-泰農機械所雙聯博士學位學程」(下稱「學程」),每一學年度進入此學程的學生每校至多10名。
1.1 中正機械所學生前往泰農機械所學分認定
在泰農修業年限至少3學期,學生可以在泰農攻讀機械工程博士學位。學分認定,中正學生將從泰農機械所修讀的博士課程學分帶回中正作抵免申請。
1.2 泰農機械所學生前往中正機械所學分認定
在中正修業年限至少3學期,學生可以在中正攻讀機械工程博士學位。學分認定,泰農學生將從中正機械所修讀的博士課程學分帶回泰農作審核確認。
因此,學程雙方學生,在二大學修業時間(至少6學期)、修習學分數(滿足二校畢業要求)下,可獲得兩個博士學位為中正授予之機械所博士學位及泰農授予之機械所博士學位。
2.1 中正機械學生前往泰農機械
在中正符合成績的博士生有資格直接申請泰農機械工程博士課程(課程路線和學習計劃見附件1和附件2)。
中正學生將按照泰農的標準申請流程和程序進行申請。泰農保留對學生入學的所有決定的權利。
在泰農註冊以英語授課的課程的候選人必須滿足泰農機械設定的以下語言要求:

IELTS ³ 5.5
TOEIC ³ 650
中正學生將在泰農註冊攻讀機械工程博士學位。他們將遵守泰農機械標準規則和條件。他們也將繼續在原校中正就讀並完成雙方學位。
2.2 泰農機械學生前往中正機械
在泰農符合成績的博士生有資格直接申請中正機械工程博士學位。(課程路線和學習計劃見附件1和附件2)。
泰農學生將根據中正機械的標準申請流程和程序進行申請。中正保留對學生錄取其課程的所有決定權。
在中正註冊以英語授課的課程的候選人必須滿足中正機械設定的以下語言要求:

泰農學生將在中正註冊攻讀機械工程博士學位。他們將遵守中正機械標準規則和條件。他們也將繼續在原校泰農就讀並完成雙方學位。
雙方同意成立協調委員會,由雙方任命的教師和行政代表組成,負責監督本協議的執行。委員會將每學期召開一次會議,以審查該雙聯學位課程是否符合品質標準和學術規定。為此,將安排聯合學術委員會。
為履行本協議的條款,雙方將通過其協調人,就本協議的宗旨展開共同活動。
學生需在就讀期間向所註冊的學校支付學雜費二至三學期。學雜費金額依每學年度之繳費標準收取。
接待學校將協助安置對方學生於合適的住宿。學生必須支付自己的生活費。
學生將分別由兩校各一名教師負責共同指導以完成英文撰寫之學術論文。兩位共同指導教授承諾充分履行其職責。
學生在接待學校期間仍將承擔其本國學校的全部合法責任。
7.1 課程要求
中正機械總畢業學分為20學分,其中 2學分為必修專題研討, 12學分在中正機械完成, 6學分在泰農機械完成。在中正機械就讀,學生必須在入學後3年內通過資格考試。(附件2、附件3、附件4和附件5)
泰農機械總畢業學分為55學分,其中 4學分專題研討,3學分在泰農機械完成,博士論文48學分 .
7.2 論文
論文是雙學位課程的最終要求。學生將由兩校各一名教師擔任指導教授共同指導。學生必須根據中正機械和泰農機械的規定完成一篇論文。在泰農機械,學生完成論文可獲 48學分。(附件6)
7.3 論文口試
學生需於舉行論文口試之學期,分別於二校同時註冊並繳交學雜費。論文口試委員需由二校指導教授邀請組成。
在中正機械,學生必須在論文口試前至少六個月通過論文提審。論文口試申請須經指導老師同意下向學術委員會提出申請並獲通過下,才得提出校級申請。泰農的指導教授擔任口試委員,可以選擇線上參與口試,但須獲得中正的核可。
在泰農機械,學生必須在論文提案審查前至少三個月提交論文提案。然後,學生必須在論文口試前至少四個月通過論文提審。須經指導老師和學術委員會核可。中正的指導教授擔任口試委員,可以選擇線上參與口試,但須獲得泰農的核可。
中正和泰農將授予在博士課程中獲得所需學分的學生,發表兩篇完整的學術論文(含正式接受刊登),並成功完成最終論文的學生。
各方應尊重與本協議使用或開發的雙方共有之智慧財產權。共同作品的產權在執行前由雙方協定。未經同意,各方不得使用對方的名稱或商標。
雙方對論文擁有平等的版權所有權,並有權發表參加該計劃的學生創作的作品。
本協議自簽署之日起五年。此後,除非其中一方在其希望終止公約之日前至少六個月發出終止通知,否則公約將自動續展。在提前終止的情況下,已經在接待學校註冊博士課程的學生將能夠完成這些課程。
本協議是基於雙方公平和誠實的意圖聲明以及不具任何法律或法律制度下合約之約束力而簽訂。任何一方不得將自己視為另一方的代理人,且雙方均無權委託另一方。

A4.2 Courses in CCU
- 4205005 Linear System
The course deals with the theoretical aspects of linear dynamic systems as they apply to engineering modeling, analysis and design. The mathematical concepts of time and complex frequency domain representation of linear dynamic systems are covered in detail. Furthermore, the theoretical foundations and application of system stability are discussed thoroughly. Finally, the properties of controllability and observability are studied to apply them to both feedback controller and observer design.
- 4205007 Elasticity
This course mainly introduces the elasticity, including tensor introduction, fundamental mechanics theory, 2D Cartesian coordinate problems, polar coordinate problems, and energy method, etc. This course can help students to handle the basic methods for elastic stress and strain, to build up a strong theoretical basis for study the strength, stiffness, reliability, fracture and fatigue problems of practical engineering components and structures.
- 4205601 Intermediate Fluid Dynamics
This course delves into the principles of fluid mechanics, encompassing mass, momentum, energy conservation, and fluid mechanics, extending from basic fluid mechanics to solid mechanics. Students will develop solid analytical skills and apply their knowledge, enabling them to progress to the design and enhancement of fluid machinery.
- 4205776 Digital Control Systems Design
Students will learn how to digitally implement the continuous dynamics synthesized by classical control or modern control to function as controllers, observers, filters, or phase-compensators. The implementation is finished in two stages: discrete equivalency and DSP programming.

This class focuses on that how to formulated the position, kinematic and dynamic analysis of the robotic, and how to apply these theories on the multi-body motion analysis.
- 4206301 Structural Dynamics
This course primarily instructs students the foundational principles of structural vibration. It covers the creation of mathematical models for system vibrations and the analysis of these systems. Additionally, it delves into dynamic behavior, demonstrating how to utilize mathematical models to gain a deeper understanding of system vibrations and modify the dynamic response. The course also covers relevant methods for managing mechanical system vibrations or implementing technology to suppress them.

This course provides clarification of fundamental principles, derivation of equations and establishment of models, mathematical analysis, numerical computations, understanding of physical phenomena, and guidance on engineering applications.
- 4208151 Optimum design
This course integrates extensive mathematical programming and optimization search. It involves translating a complex real-world design challenge into a mathematical programming problem, followed by employing numerical methods to discover a solution for this mathematical programming problem.
- 4415098 Opto-mechatronic System Design
This course explains the basic principles of Opto-mechatronic System Design, and introduce related tools and methods.
- 4415111 Opto-mechatronics
This course facilitates the comprehension of optomechanical and electrical integration engineering. Optomechanical and electrical integration engineering involves the seamless integration of optical, mechanical, and electrical components to enhance overall system performance.
Annex 5 - Grade conversion table
The conversion between KU and CCU grades is based on the following table of percentages. Therefore, grades should be transferred between the partners via percentage values.
The student must achieve a minimum grade of 70 out of 100 to successfully pass the course.
