「滾動軸承潤滑噴嘴裝置」之發明可以均衡軸承散熱及防止流道積油,有提高系統轉速,延長軸承使用壽命的效能,並已應用在工具機主軸上,故獲得此一傑出發明獎。

Ÿ總統頒贈科技發明銀牌獎(金牌獎從缺)(1998)

因「滾動軸承潤滑性能測試裝置」之發明專利所彰顯的設計與實作能力及測試功能是我國工業走向高科技產業及精密機械範疇中甚具指標意義之重要成果,所以獲得總統所頒的科技發明獎。

Ÿ美國磨潤學會 (STLE) Walter D. Hodson 最佳論文獎 (1992)

此篇論文 Experimental Study of the Effect of Surface Roughness on Friction 是研究機械表面粗糙高度及方向性對潤滑性能之影響的一篇先驅性文章,美國國家工程學院院士 (Member of National Academy of Engineering),前哥倫比亞大學製造中心主任,德州大學奧斯汀分校工學院院長 Professor Fred Ling,在論文後的評論中說:「The authors have really done a remarkable piece of work which will be a serious reference for a long time to come.」。也因為這篇論文在磨潤學上的具體貢獻,因此於1992年獲頒美國國際磨潤學會的Walter D. Hudson 最佳論文獎。

Ÿ通用汽車公司最高技術獎章, Charles L. McCuen Special Achievement Award (1991)

完成了一個設計引擎零件的電腦輔助設計 (CAD)套裝軟體FLARE (Friction and Lubrication Analysis of Reciprocating Engines) ,可以用於往復式引擎中的活塞、活塞環、曲柄軸系統及凸輪系統等。這個軟體的使用提高了引擎的性能,並縮短了引擎設計的流程及時間,已大量使用於現有引擎零件的改進及新引擎零件的設計上。對通用汽車公司的貢獻每年遠達數百萬美元,因而獲頒了GM的Charles L. McCuen Special Achievement Award。

Ÿ教育部「前瞻製造系統頂尖中心」計畫主持人

Ÿ在教育部精密機電整合人才培育計畫下成立「先進精密產業製程教學資源中心」,以個人在精密機電及半導體製程的經驗統合夥伴學校,建立特色學程,學習平台,製作數位化教材及成立資源共享網路平台。

Ÿ所指導之大專學生專題研究獲頒「中國工程師學會學生論文競賽第一名」-「由研磨墊之物理性質探討精密平坦化製程」 (2009)

Ÿ所指導之大專學生專題研究計畫獲頒「教育部精密機電整合人才培育計畫全國專題實作競賽創意獎」-「壓電震動式極低應力拋光研磨系統之研發」 (2005)

Ÿ所指導之碩士論文獲頒「國科會碩士論文獎」(2001)

此篇碩士論文建立了涵蓋彈性、塑性及彈塑性變形及各種方向性接觸形態的表面接觸熱傳導模式,並進行實驗印證,提供了目前最完整的表面接觸熱傳導理論。
